Doxy.me is a telemedicine platform which offers a safe, convenient alternative to in-office visits for patients at North Cypress Internal Medicine & Wellness. We’re pleased to make this available for check-ins, follow-ups, prescription refills and other matters.

Similar to an in-office visit, make a list of your recent illness symptoms, how long you’ve experienced each and any medications taken. It’s also helpful to be prepared with basic devices you might have available in your home, such as a thermometer, blood pressure monitor, heart monitor (on a Fitbit or Apple watch), and bathroom scale. Jot down any questions you have for us so we can be sure to address all your concerns during our visit. Finally, if your insurance information has changed or needs to be updated, please let us know.

Not at all. All you’ll need is a quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted during our call, a smart phone or computer that’s fully charged or plugged in, and a reliable Internet connection. When you click on the doxy.me connection, allow your browser to use webcam and microphone. While you’re in the waiting room, test your camera and mic to make sure they’re working.
