Similar to an in-office visit, make a list of your recent illness symptoms, how long you’ve experienced each and any medications taken. It’s also helpful to be prepared with basic devices you might have available in your home, such as a thermometer, blood pressure monitor, heart monitor (on a Fitbit or Apple watch), and bathroom scale. Jot down any questions you have for us so we can be sure to address all your concerns during our visit. Finally, if your insurance information has changed or needs to be updated, please let us know. The patient experience begins from the moment you call my office. You will be able to see me on the same day or the next business day when you need an appointment. When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted in an inviting environment and seen promptly, with little to no waiting time. Our visits will be conducted in an unhurried fashion, with an extended 60-minute visit for your Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment and all other appointments scheduled for approximately 30 minutes. At every visit, there will be ample time for me to understand and address your medical concerns and thoroughly answer your questions. You will be the focus of my attention with your needs attended to as if you were a member of my extended family.
